My time at the Andatel Grande Patong Hotel

If you have spent a lot of time in hotels, you know they can feel boring, bland, and repetitive. That’s my experience almost anytime I travel. I just can’t wait to get out of the hotel and see my destination, however recently there was a major exception to this rule. The Andatel Grande Patong Phuket Hotel has exceptional hospitality, amazing service, and their breakfast is to die for.

I began my stay chatting with the manager. He was very friendly and told me about the ten-minute walk to the beach. After our brief conversation, I went to my room. I was staying in a suite with a king-sized bed, and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted by the amazing decor, and of course, the first thing I did was jump on the bed. I expected it to be incredibly comfortable, and trust me, I was not disappointed. By the time I got settled in my room, it was beginning to get dark, and I was pretty disappointed that I wouldn’t get to go swimming in the ocean that my room had such a great view of, however, I began to remember the pool I heard so much about. I quickly threw on my trunks and headed down to the outdoor pool.

The water was very clear and fresh, not something I can say about every hotel I have stayed in. I spent about an hour and a half in the pool when I returned to the room. The combination of traveling, and swimming left me pretty tired, and the super comfortable bed facilitated my sweet slumber. The next day I woke up around 9 a.m. and was excited to taste their breakfast. Everything up until this point has been perfect, and I expected the best. My eggs were cooked to perfection, and the juice tasted fresh.

The only problem I had with my entire stay was the lack of cereal at the breakfast bar, but I quickly looked past this. I spent the rest of the day out of the andatel patong phuket hotel, and when I came back I was greeted by the amazingly comfortable king-sized bed. There is so much I could say about my stay in Thailand, but if you ever find yourself in Pa Tong, be sure to check out the Andatel Grande Patong Hotel, you won’t be disappointed. Trust me.
